How the cookie crumbles
-
The cookie 'update' stores the last time this computer accessed the 'updates' file.
- If the recorded date/time of the most recent access is before the recorded date/time of the update file, the background to the [..date..] on the [top, orange, navigation bar] will change to green.
- It will stay green until you have visited and exited the 'Updates' page
- NOTE : If you delete your cookie(s) then the website will have no reference as to when you last visited, so the site will indicate that there is an update.
